• BLS and National Certification are required.
• Graduate of an accredited sonography program with an Associate degree.
• Dual vascular and echo certification preferred; vascular focus is mandatory if only one.
• Travel experience is required.
• Flu vaccine is required with no exemptions.

Responsibilities

Role Overview:

This role involves performing specialized vascular ultrasound examinations to evaluate blood flow and detect abnormalities in arteries and veins. The Ultrasound Tech - Vascular operates diagnostic imaging equipment, analyzes images for quality and accuracy, and collaborates closely with physicians to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of vascular conditions. This role also involves maintaining patient comfort and safety, documenting findings, and ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• One (1) year of experience required.
• Previous Charge Experience preferred
• Flu Vaccine Required - No Exemptions
• Epic Charting System Experience required.
• Community Hospital Experience preferred.
• Travel experience required.
• Required Certifications: BLS, National Certification.
• Minimum Education Requirements: Associate degree. Graduate of a formal sonography program.
• Prefer DUAL CERT (VASCUALR AND ECHO) but If not both then the singular specialty MUST BE VASCULAR! * NOT AN ECHO ONLY CERTIFIED CANDIDATE.

Schedule:

• Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30)
• Weekends: Rotate every fourth
