Job summary

Methodist Midlothian Medical Center is seeking a skilled Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer with RVT certification to join our imaging team in Midlothian, TX. The role covers ultrasound across abdominal, obstetric/gynecologic, and vascular procedures in a highly technical environment.

You will collaborate with radiology and specialty teams to ensure accurate imaging, maintain equipment, and support patient care throughout diagnostic processes. BLS and ARDMS/RVT credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Diagnostic Ultrasound Program with formal clinical training.
• RDMS Abdomen or OB/GYN certification required; ARRT Sonography certification preferred.
• RVT/VS/RCVT credentials or equivalent recognized by certifying bodies.
• Current Basic Life Support certification and clinical competency in abdominal, OB/GYN or vascular procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound examinations including abdominal, obstetric, gynecologic or vascular studies.
• Communicate findings clearly to the care team and document results efficiently.
• Maintain patient safety, quality imaging and equipment readiness.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient experience and care.
