Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a certified ultrasound technologist to perform ultrasound examinations under the supervision of the Imaging Services Medical Director. You will operate ultrasound equipment to image abdominal, breast, OB/Gyn, vascular, and other areas, and assist radiologists in minimally invasive procedures.

You will participate in daily quality control, communicate with radiologists to optimize imaging for diverse patients, and ensure high-quality study performance for all ages.

Qualifications

• ARDMS certification is required.
• 1 year of full-time experience in a clinical ultrasound setting.
• BLS certification is required at hire.
• Integrative Agitation Management training within 30 days of hire.
• Proficiency in diagnostic ultrasound studies for all age groups.

Responsibilities

• Operates ultrasound equipment to produce images of abdomen, breast, OB/Gyn, vascular, and small parts.
• Assist Radiologist with minimally invasive procedures.
• Communicate with Radiologist to tailor imaging to patient needs.
• Participate in daily processor quality control program to ensure imaging consistency.
