Virtua is seeking a per diem Ultrasound Technologist to perform high-quality ultrasound examinations across patient populations in accordance with approved techniques and radiologist protocols. A one-year commitment is noted with a sign-on bonus of $500 and on-call weekend responsibilities, including at least one holiday per year.

Weekend on call, 1 holiday/year.
Performs high quality Ultrasound examinations in accordance with approved techniques and protocols on an as needed/ per diem basis.
Supports Virtua Health Mission & Vision Statements and adheres to Virtua Health’s Policies and Procedures.
1 to 2 years of experience preferred in abdominal, obstetrical, small parts, and vascular imaging.
Formal education in Diagnostic Ultrasound program.
Must be registered in one of the following: American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). New Graduates hired prior to 10/1/2025 may be hired following ACR guidelines with the expectation of passing their boards within 12 months.
