MedQuest Imaging, in partnership with Novant Health, seeks a talented Ultrasound Technologist to join our team across multiple outpatient imaging facilities in the greater Charlotte area, including Matthews. This full-time role (over 30 hours per week) offers a flexible work schedule and opportunities for growth within our multi-modality training program.

Responsibilities include performing ultrasound exams, delivering high-quality patient care, and producing diagnostic images for physicians

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program.
• ARDMS registration in 3 modalities including RVT.
• Must keep CEUs current to maintain active certification.
• 0-2+ years of ultrasound technologist experience.

Facility: Various Novant Health imaging facilities in greater Charlotte including Matthews, Cabarrus, Ballantyne, and Southpark

Location: Charlotte, NC

Position Type: Full-time (30+ hours per week)

Work Schedule Details: Variable

Responsibilities

The Ultrasound Technologist will be responsible for providing quality patient care while producing ultrasound images and patterns used for patient diagnosis and treatment. The responsibilities also include completing scans effectively and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of patient care possible in order to provide the most remarkable patient experience.

Qualifications

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program
• ARDMS registered in 3 modalities including vascular sonography (RVT)
• Must complete required CEU’s in a timely manner to ensure Certification remains active

Prior Experience:

• 0 - 2+ years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist

Special Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Ultrasound procedures and standards
• Skill in operation of Ultrasound equipment
• Customer service background and focus
