Job summary

A healthcare provider is seeking an Ultrasound Tech responsible for operating ultrasound equipment and ensuring patient care during imaging procedures. The ideal candidate will have graduated from an Allied Health Program, possess BLS/CPR certification, and have up to 2 years of experience. Registration with ARDMS or ARRT is required within 24 months of graduation. This position is per diem with rotating shifts in Port Saint Lucie, Florida.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience required.
• Must be registered with ARDMS or ARRT within 24 months of graduation.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Position Summary

The Ultrasound Tech operates Ultrasound equipment to perform a variety of imaging procedures as indicated by protocol. Attends to direct and indirect patient care needs to ensure successful completion of their imaging procedures.

Qualifications

Education:

• Required: Graduate of Allied Health Program

Experience:

• Required: 0-2 yrs

License:

• Required: Must be registered with ARDMS or ARRT within 24 months of graduation (12 months of hire)

Certifications:

• Required: BLS/CPR (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)
