Midland-Marvel Recruiters, LLC is seeking an Ultrasound Supervisor for a community hospital with relocation assistance. You will oversee all clinical and non-clinical operations of the Ultrasound department and perform imaging per procedures, while ensuring accreditation readiness and policy development.

The role requires 3 years of ultrasound experience including vascular, with supervisory preference, and ARDMS registration.

Competenze

• 3 years Ultrasound experience including vascular, supervisory experience preferred.
• General and vascular experience required.
• Registered by and in good standing with the ARDMS.
• Strong communication, decision-making, interpersonal and leadership skills.

Community hospital part of a system looking to bring on Ultrasound Supervisor! Relocation!

• Responsible for management of all clinical and non-clinical operations within the Ultrasound department.
• Performs Ultrasound imaging as per hospital policies and procedures.
• Formulates policies and procedures as per industry standards which contribute to the mission of the organization.
• Maintains operations for appropriate modality accreditations.
• Responsibility and accountability for operations within the department to include the ability to plan, organize and direct the activities of others.
• Performs Ultrasound scans at a technical level not requiring constant supervision.
• Performs a variety of technical procedures that requires independent judgment and ingenuity to apply prescribed sonography for diagnosis.

Qualifications:

• Completion of formal training in an AMA approved school.
• 3 years Ultrasound experience to include Vascular sonography, Supervisory Experience preferred.
• Need General and Vascular experience.
• Written and verbal communication, Decision-making, Interpersonal skills, Adaptability, Time management, Conflict resolution, Cooperation, Mentorship, Positivity, Willingness to learn
• Registered by and in good standing with the ARDMS.
