UCHealth Longs Peak Hospital in Longmont, CO seeks a Radiology Supervisor to oversee daily radiology staffing and operations. The role is onsite, full-time, with dayshift hours and a pay range of $44.33–$66.50 per hour based on experience.

Ideal candidates have ultrasound or MRI background, ARRT/NMTCB/ARDMS credentials, and a minimum of two years in radiology. They will lead staff, ensure policy compliance, and drive performance improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• ARRT RT, NMTCB CNMT, or ARDMS RDMS certification as applicable.
• Minimum 2 years of related radiology experience.
• BLS/CPR certification current through start date.

Mansioni

• Determines, coordinates, and supervises daily staffing assignments and staffing levels.
• Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Performs or assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Assesses quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs. Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels. Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
