Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a GEHC - Production Technician II for a leading healthcare manufacturing organization in Noblesville, IN. The role focuses on assembly, refurbishment, and repair of ultrasound systems, following work instructions and ensuring quality.

You will work Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, with strong attention to detail, teamwork, and safety. Candidates need a high school diploma (or GED) and at least 2 years of relevant experience, plus basic computer skills and fluent English.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team with varied responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Basic proficiency with computers and technology, including MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions accurately to support manufacturing and repair processes.
• Disassemble, clean, and repair or replace damaged components of ultrasound systems.
• Perform system diagnostics and verify proper operation through testing.
• Maintain detailed records of test results and update device history records.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.
