Baptist is seeking a Radiology professional to perform imaging procedures according to radiology practice standards, aiding in diagnosis and treatment. The role includes coordinating daily operations, using proper technique, and developing treatment plans within hospital protocols.

The position requires ARDMS or RVT registration, BLS within 30 days, and basic computer literacy. You will work on-site in a fast-paced clinical environment and contribute to safety and quality initiatives.

Formación

• 6 months experience in an acute care setting or comparable specialty area to meet Lead competencies by end of orientation
• ARDMS or RVT registration
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire
• Basic computer literacy skills

Responsabilidades

• Organizes and coordinates daily operational functions and workflow to ensure high quality exams and safe patient care.
• Demonstrates understanding of radiologic principles and uses appropriate technique and positioning for optimal procedures.
• Develops and implements procedure/treatment plans following hospital protocols.
• Completes documentation to comply with hospital policies and procedures.
• Maintains equipment, treatment rooms, and work areas in a neat and safe condition for patient and staff safety.
• Participates in hospital and departmental Performance Improvement activities to ensure care meets established standards.
• Completes assigned goals.
