Job summary

CHRISTUS Health is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to perform routine and advanced ultrasound procedures, support fellow technologists, and ensure efficient patient flow. You will manage equipment setup, participate in QA, and stay current with imaging standards.

The role requires graduate training in ultrasound technology, BLS, and ARRT/ARDMS certification planning. Multiple shifts across campuses may be needed, with a strong emphasis on patient safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Ultrasound Technology or equivalent.
• Basic computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Leads with CHRISTUS Health values and adheres to policies.
• Support radiology team and facilitate patient flow.
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Assist and collaborate with physicians to optimize patient care.
• Troubleshoot basic issues with equipment and PACS workflows.
