Job summary

Qualifications

• Certificate or Associate's degree in Medical Sonography (program completed).
• ARDMS registration required within 24 months of hire date.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Review orders and perform diagnostic sonograms including abdomen, OB/GYN, pelvis, thyroid, and breast.
• Position patients safely and communicate procedures to ensure comfort and accuracy.
• Document patient history and complete exams in hospital information system.
• Maintain equipment and mentor students or new hires as needed.
