Job summary

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health in Seattle seeks an Ultrasonographer to provide diagnostic ultrasound, capture high-quality images, and participate in our clinical training and technology evaluation programs.

You will perform ultrasound examinations daily, present findings to the care team, and collaborate with health professionals to uphold imaging standards, improve diagnostic accuracy, and support patient safety.

Qualifications

• ARDMS registration or ARRT Sonography certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• Graduate from an accredited ultrasound program in General diagnostic sonography.
• CAAHEP program preferred.
• Completion of a 12-month ultrasound internship (≥6 months General ultrasound) or equivalent recent related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound examinations and capture high-quality images.
• Present findings to the care team and coordinate with healthcare professionals to streamline processes.
• Uphold imaging standards and contribute to patient safety and diagnostic accuracy.
