Job summary

Baptist Health in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join the Ultrasound Department at Baptist MD Anderson. This full-time days position runs Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with on-call and holiday rotation to support patient care.

The role performs high-quality ultrasound and peripheral vascular studies, supports physicians, and ensures patient safety and comfort; required credentials include ARDMS/ARRT and BLS, with ARDMS/ARRT certification within 12 months.

Qualifications

• 1-2 Years Experience Working in a Hospital Setting
• 1-2 Years Hospital-based department-specific work experience
• 1-2 Years Ultrasound Experience
• 1-2 Years Customer Service Experience

Responsibilities

• Performs high-quality, diagnostic ultrasound and peripheral vascular procedures
• Promotes goodwill among coworkers and other departments and has a positive, comforting demeanor with all patients
• Is compliant with mandatory education and health requirements
