Job summary

UW Health SwedishAmerican in Rockford, IL is seeking an experienced Diagnostic Medical Sonographer specializing in obstetric imaging. This 100% FTE role operates Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm at UW Health Swedish Women's and Children's Hospital, with generous benefits and opportunities for career growth.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited School of Diagnostic Medical Sonography and certification by ARDMS in Obstetrics, plus BLS/CPR.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Diagnostic Medical Sonography. Required
• Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required

Work Experience

• 2 years Obstetrical ultrasound experience with High Risk or Perinatal Sonography experience. Preferred
• Fetal Heart Study experience. Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Registered by the American Registry Of Diagnostic Medical Sonography in Obstetrics. Required
• Nucheal translucency certification within 1 year of hire. Preferred
• Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required
