Job summary

Aman Group Sarl is seeking a General Manager to lead the re-opening and ongoing operations of Amangani in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. The role blends project leadership during development with property leadership to establish Aman’s service culture and drive commercial performance.

You will report to the Managing Director Americas and oversee guest satisfaction, asset health, and EBITDA margins.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading complex pre-openings, preferably in luxury resort environments.
• Strong leadership with hands-on approach and guest-experience focus.
• Excellent financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting and P&L oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-opening, development, and commissioning activities to ensure brand standards.
• Lead hotel operations and culture, delivering Aman’s unpretentious luxury experience.
• Manage revenue and commercial performance, including pricing and inventory controls.
• Liaise with owners and stakeholders, maintaining asset health and reporting.
