Job summary

Mondrian Alpha is seeking an elite C++ Engineer to design and optimize the core of a real-time execution platform. You will ingest millions of market events per second and react deterministically with single-digit microsecond latency, in an environment where nanoseconds decide P&L.

You will architect lock-free pipelines, kernel-bypass stacks, AVX-512 pricing, and nanosecond telemetry, partnering with FPGA specialists to fuse software with hardware precision.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building ultra-low-latency systems.
• Deep understanding of CPU architecture and cache hierarchies.
• Experience with lock-free and NUMA-aware programming.

Responsibilities

• Architect zero-GC, lock-free pipelines around ring buffers and cache-aligned data structures.
• Develop custom kernel-bypass networks using DPDK, RDMA, and Onload.
• Engineer branch-prediction-aware order handlers and AVX-512 pricing logic.
• Deliver nanosecond-precision telemetry with cross-core synchronization.
• Collaborate with FPGA specialists to merge hardware precision with software.
