UL Solutions is seeking a Field Engineer to perform safety and non-safety certification inspections and audits in the Erie, PA area. You will analyze test results, verify equipment accuracy, and maintain inspection records while traveling to client sites within a set radius.

The role requires a university degree or technical certification in engineering, strong communication skills, and the ability to interpret schematics.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent technical certification in engineering or related fields.
• Experience in field engineering, compliance, or quality engineering preferred.
• Familiarity with UL standards and electrical/mechanical inspection concepts.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety and non-safety certification inspections and audits
• Analyze examination and test results against requirements
• Interpret results and verify measuring equipment accuracy
• Travel locally within the Erie, PA area to client sites
• Document findings and maintain inspection logs
