Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Kronos-focused consultant to implement and support WFC/WFD projects. You will coordinate with technical teams and clients, drive integration via WIM and XML interfaces, and help ensure timely delivery and quality across all project phases.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing, developing and supporting Kronos WFC/WFD projects.
• Functional expertise in scheduling, forecasting, accruals, attendance and activities.
• Experience with WIM integration and middle layers like Dell Boomi.
• Strong understanding of workforce management disciplines and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and manage resources to ensure on-time completion.
• Coordinate between technical teams and client stakeholders through regular meetings and sprints.
• Support development, integration and customization of enterprise applications.
• Monitor deliverables to meet quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
