Job summary

WonderBotz is seeking an experienced RPA Developer to design and deliver automation solutions in line with its standards. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to maximize client value and scale automation initiatives across projects.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, workshop participation with process SMEs, and mentoring junior developers within a fast-growing team. Strong RPA tool expertise and programming know-how are required.

Qualifications

• Mastered leading RPA tool with advanced vendor certification.
• Hands-on experience with at least one programming language (e.g., .Net, Java, VB, C#/C, HTML/CSS, Python, SQL).
• Reading Visio or equivalent workflow tools.
• Experience with document management/processing tools (Kofax, ABBYY, Data Cap) or data integration/automation tools optional.

Responsibilities

• Support development of RPA strategies and assess opportunities.
• Under supervision, design and develop automation on RPA platforms for clients; seniors may work independently.
• Participate in workshops with business SMEs to gather and confirm process details; seniors may lead.
• Join design/config sessions and apply feedback to improve work products; seniors may lead.
• Mentor newly trained developers and guide them.
