Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Package Project Lead 1 to drive enterprise application integration initiatives. You will lead UiPath-based automation within supply chain planning and integrate with SAP, Oracle, and SQL platforms, coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on UiPath expertise, strong data analysis, and proven ability to manage complex projects in a global environment. Occasional travel may be required as part of project delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands-on UiPath development experience.
• Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding, and REFramework.
• Experience with Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Production Planning, MRP, DRP, and supply chain processes.
• Experience integrating UiPath with SAP, Oracle, SQL databases, APIs, and Excel-based planning solutions.
• Excellent SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience in process mapping and automation assessment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and proactively address resource gaps to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate between technical teams and client stakeholders via meetings, sprints, and phases.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
• Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives
• Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

• An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication

Required Skill and Experience

• Hands-on experience with UiPath development.
• Strong experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding, and REFramework.
• Knowledge of Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Production Planning, MRP, DRP, and Supply Chain processes.
• Experience integrating UiPath with SAP, Oracle, SQL databases, APIs, and Excel-based planning solutions.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience in process mapping and automation assessment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Experience with o9 Solutions, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, APO, or other Supply Planning platforms.
• Exposure to AI/ML-enabled automation and Intelligent Document Processing.
• UiPath Certification (Associate/Advanced Developer).
• Experience working in global supply chain transformation programs.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
