Job summary

tms invites rising juniors, seniors, or recent graduates to join the Digital Designer Intern program for the summer. You will support the creation of digital assets and visual design for interactive Happy Meal experiences, crafting UI elements, layouts, and visual content for mobile games in collaboration with UX, development, and motion teams.

The internship emphasizes hands-on project work across multiple business units, participation in panels and networking events, and a capstone project

Qualifications

• Student/Graduate with 3.0+ GPA and pursuing or recently completed degree.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are important.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support creation of digital assets and visual design for Happy Meal experiences.
• Assist in crafting UI elements and layouts for mobile games.
• Collaborate with UX, development, and motion teams.
• Participate in cross-functional panels, lunch & learns, and mentoring sessions.
