Job summary

Dunhill Professional Search & Government Solutions seeks a UI/UX Engineer/Designer to craft accessible, enterprise-grade web interfaces for a federally regulated environment. You will translate requirements into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to guide front-end implementation.

Collaborate with agile teams, apply user-centered design, build scalable design systems, and ensure WCAG compliance across responsive dashboards in mission-critical applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Graphic Design, CS or equivalent
• 1–5 years UI/UX design or engineering for complex web apps
• Experience creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with accessibility WCAG 2.1/2.2
• Current SECRET security clearance; U.S. citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Apply user-centered design to complex web applications
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes with Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD
• Build scalable design systems and UI components
• Implement responsive, mobile-first UI patterns
• Ensure accessibility per WCAG 2.1/2.2
• Plan usability tests and A/B tests; synthesize findings
• Collaborate with agile product and engineering teams
• Write design specs and acceptance criteria
• Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript to validate feasibility
