Job summary

OASYS, INC. seeks a UI/UX Engineer to support DoW customers in Huntsville, focusing on web and mobile interfaces with modern frameworks. You will collaborate with engineers to translate requirements into accessible, high-performance UI components.

Responsibilities include conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and contributing to design systems. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–3 years of relevant experience are required, with DoD clearance eligibility

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, HCI, graphic design or related discipline; years of experience may substitute for a degree.
1–3 years in UI/UX design or front-end development, or a strong portfolio.
Proficiency with modern design tools and front-end technologies.

Responsibilities

Contribute to responsive web and mobile interfaces using React, Vue, or Angular.
Perform user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups with Figma, Miro, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Collaborate with developers to translate requirements into UI solutions.
Build and maintain design systems and component libraries for consistency across products.
