About The Role

BOAB Ventures is seeking a Full Stack Software Developer to design, build, and improve secure web applications in a high-security environment. In this role, you will contribute across the application lifecycle, from shaping user experiences and developing responsive interfaces to integrating backend services, databases, and cloud solutions. You will work with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Java, SQL, Angular, and AWS technologies to deliver maintainable, scalable applications that meet Sponsor requirements.
This position involves close collaboration with designers, developers, and Sponsor stakeholders. You will help turn requirements into practical technical solutions, communicate your work clearly, and ensure that development aligns with applicable security, compliance, and engineering standards. The role requires onsite work and an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance.

Qualifications

Required qualifications include an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph and demonstrated experience in full stack software development. Candidates should have advanced front-end development skills with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, along with backend development experience using Java and experience using SQL for data access and integration.
Applicants should have hands-on experience with recent versions of Angular; Angular 8 or later is preferred. Experience implementing solutions with AWS, including S3, EC2, and commonly used cloud services, is required. The successful candidate must be able to work onsite in a high-security environment, collaborate effectively with Sponsor teams, and document and present technical work with clarity.
Preferred experience includes developing ServiceNow applications or working with low-code platforms, with the ability and interest to learn ServiceNow. Familiarity with cloud architecture, including legacy Sponsor cloud environments, is beneficial. Additional strengths include UI/UX workflow design, wireframing, prototyping, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and experience in complex enterprise environments or across multiple security domains.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and user-centered design practices. Build and maintain full stack applications using Java, SQL, Angular, and appropriate web frameworks. Create responsive, accessible, and intuitive UI components using current Angular versions, and connect front-end applications to backend services, APIs, and databases.
Implement cloud-based solutions using AWS services such as S3 and EC2. Collaborate with designers, developers, and Sponsor stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver effective solutions. Contribute to prototypes, wireframes, and iterative UX improvements. Participate in code reviews, optimize application performance, and promote scalability and maintainability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving user interfaces, APIs, and databases, while ensuring development follows client security, compliance, and engineering standards.
