Job summary

Moyasar Financial Company is seeking a UI/UX Designer to join our Marketing team, blending UI/UX and graphic design to elevate our brand and product interfaces. You will lead the website revamp, craft landing pages and social content, and ensure a cohesive visual identity across digital marketing while supporting fintech product interfaces when needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of the website revamp, including structure, UI, and components.

• Maintain a consistent visual identity across Moyasar’s digital and marketing materials.
• Support UI/UX design for payment products, dashboards, checkout flows, and internal tools when needed.
• Create designs for both Arabic and English, with strong RTL and LTR layout understanding.
• Work closely with Marketing and other teams to turn ideas into clear, engaging designs.
• Maintain and improve reusable design components in Figma.
• Support graphic design needs across campaigns, events, and company communications.

About the Role

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our Marketing team at Moyasar, with a strong mix of UI/UX and graphic design skills.

Your first major project will be helping revamp the Moyasar website. You’ll then work across our marketing and brand needs including landing pages, campaigns, presentations, social content, and event materials while also supporting our payment product interfaces when needed.

Marketing and brand will be the priority, with product design supporting it.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design of our website revamp, including structure, UI, and components.
• Design landing pages, campaigns, presentations, one pagers, and social media creatives.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across Moyasar’s digital and marketing materials.
• Support UI/UX design for our payment products, dashboards, checkout flows, and internal tools when needed.
• Create designs for both Arabic and English, with strong understanding of RTL and LTR layouts.
• Work closely with Marketing and other teams to turn ideas into clear and engaging designs.
• Maintain and improve reusable design components in Figma.
• Support graphic design needs across campaigns, events, and company communications.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX and graphic design.
• Strong experience designing both digital products and marketing/brand materials.
• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, layouts, and design consistency.
• Experience designing for both Arabic and English interfaces.
• Experience in fintech, payments, technology, or B2B is preferred.
• Ability to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for multi-market brands.
• Experience working in a startup or fast growing company.
• Basic motion or animation skills, such as Lottie or After Effects.
