Devinity Solutions LLC is seeking a UX Designer to design interfaces alongside engineers in the same repo and tokens for client products and our own. This is a remote full-time role at a software firm of about 60 people founded in 2016.

You will design handoffs, build and maintain design systems and tokens, and collaborate with engineers through implementation, making accessibility a design decision from day one.

Formación

• Portfolio of shipped product work required.
• Practical accessibility knowledge (contrast, focus, keyboard interaction).
• Comfort working within engineering constraints.

About the role

Design handed over as a static file drifts during implementation. We keep design and engineering together, with tokens and components as the shared language.

You will work on client products and our own, from early flows through to production detail.

• Practical accessibility knowledge — contrast, focus, keyboard interaction
• Comfort working within engineering constraints rather than around them

Useful, not required

• Front-end implementation ability
• Motion and interaction design
• Bilingual or right-to-left interface experience
