WebstaurantStore is seeking a UI/UX Design Manager to lead a small team shaping marketing sites for private label brands. You will balance hands-on design with coaching, collaborating with marketing and engineering to deliver on-brand experiences.

You will mentor designers, maintain design quality, and translate brand goals into design priorities across multiple sites, driving usability and performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of UI/UX experience with proven impact on product or marketing sites.
• 3+ years of leading designers or design teams.
• Strong portfolio of shipped marketing or brochure sites demonstrating brand storytelling.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams, including marketing and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear creative direction and actionable feedback to designers.
• Mentor and coach designers to grow their craft and careers.
• Translate brand strategy and customer insights into design priorities.
• Improve alignment and communication between design, marketing, and development.
