Qualifications

• Bachelor's (or equivalent) with 6-8 years of experience, or a Master's with 6-8 years of experience.
• Demonstrate UI design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
• Proficiency in visual design and wire-framing tools.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Understanding of n-tier, SOA architectures and UI frameworks.
• Experience developing high fidelity wireframes using rapid prototyping tools like HTML, CSS, Axure, iRise, etc.
• Experience building low fidelity wireframes using Adobe Creative suite, OmniGraffle, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.
• Experience with implementing Responsive design (scaling the layout to fit different devices like smart phone and desktop).
• Ability to be results-focused, proactive, highly collaborative, confident under pressure.

Desired Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Java Web application development experience focused on front end using JSP, JSF or other UI based technologies.
