Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. seeks a User Interface SME to lead the UI team, shaping the look and feel of our web offerings and delivering polished, accessible interfaces for complex cybersecurity solutions.

You will design and implement UI pages, drive UX improvements, and collaborate with product, engineering, and DoD-focused stakeholders to meet mission goals.

Strong communication and leadership are essential as you manage priorities and mentor junior developers in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software/web development experience.
• 5+ years of Agile development methodologies.
• 5+ years of ASP.Net C# MVC based web development experience using Visual Studio 2019 or higher.
• 5+ years of experience with Application or Enterprise Search. ElasticSearch / AWS’s OpenSearch experience a plus.
• Experience in configuration management of a cloud HA OpenSearch Cluster with 10+ nodes.

Responsibilities

• Designs and builds web pages using a variety of graphics software applications, techniques, and tools.
• Designs and develops user interface features, site animation, and special-effects elements.
• Contributes to the design group’s efforts to enhance the look and feel of the organization’s online offerings.
• Designs the website to support the organization’s strategies and goals relative to external communications.
• Recommends and facilitates quality improvement efforts.
• Manages daily tasking and priorities, participates in scheduled team meetings, and assesses requirements for software and database development needs.
• Perform other duties as needed.
