Blacksmith Agency is hiring a UI Systems Designer to own how client design systems get built. You will extract patterns from a brand and reference sites into a working system of tokens, variables, modes, and core components that a build pipeline can execute with minimal guidance.

In this role, you’ll work across several client brands at once, ensuring consistency and rigor while adapting visuals to distinct identities. Strong English and US-hours overlap are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing for the web with real design system work in your portfolio.
• Fluency in Figma variables, component properties, auto layout, and variants.
• A portfolio showing distinct client work with consistent design rigor.
• Strong English skills and availability aligned with US business hours.

Responsabilités

• Ship core component libraries that hold up across an entire site, not just a homepage.
