Job summary

GBI is seeking a Front End Developer to build and maintain web and mobile interfaces using React JS and React Native. You’ll collaborate with product, QA and backend teams to deliver high-quality, responsive UIs across platforms, while adhering to UI/UX best practices and Agile processes.

The role is fully remote, with preferred hours 5AM-1PM EST, and requires strong communication, problem-solving and the ability to work independently in a distributed team.

Qualifications

• Experience building user interfaces with React JS and React Native.
• Proficient with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Figma for design handoff.
• Understanding UI/UX design basics and responsive/mobile-first approaches.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs with frontend.
• Strong coding practices and maintainable code.
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborative in Agile Scrum environments.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent work experience.

We are looking for

This is a contract remote role for a Front End Developer specializing in React JS and React Native.

As a Front End Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining user interfaces for web and mobile applications using React JS and React Native frameworks.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA and backend developers to deliver high-quality and responsive user interfaces.

This is a full-time remote position that allows you to work from anywhere (Preferred working hours 5AM-1PM EST, but it is not an absolute necessary).

Qualifications

• Experience in developing user interfaces using React JS and React Native


• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript


• Experience using Figma design


• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices
