Taxbit is seeking Software Engineers who want to tackle FinTech scaling challenges and international expansion. You will build and implement software solutions delivering world-class experiences for our users and clients.

You will collaborate with designers and product managers, own end-to-end problem solving across services, and contribute to AI-powered solutions while thriving in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional programming experience building cloud applications and services.
• Experience building polished, scalable web applications with front-end architecture, UI and customer-facing product experiences.
• Strong background with design systems, component libraries, and reusable UI patterns for consistency and speed.
• Proficient with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript to build intuitive, performant interfaces.
• Hands-on experience with React and related front-end frameworks/libraries for complex data-heavy product experiences.
• Able to operate in product engineering environments valuing UI quality and frontend craftsmanship.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• Proven track record of identifying opportunities to build, test, and scale AI-powered solutions.
• Sees AI as a multiplier and contributes to team performance through innovation.

Role And Responsibilities

Professional Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional programming experience building cloud applications and services.
• Experience building polished, scalable web applications with a strong emphasis on front‑end architecture, user interfaces, and customer‑facing product experiences.
• Strong background working with design systems, component libraries, and reusable UI patterns to drive consistency and speed across product development.
• Deep familiarity with modern web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript, with the ability to build intuitive and performant interfaces.
• Hands‑on experience with React and related front‑end frameworks/libraries for building complex, data‑heavy product experiences.
• Comfortable operating in product engineering environments where UI quality, reusable patterns, and front‑end craftsmanship are important parts of the role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven track record of identifying opportunities to build, test, and scale AI‑powered solutions.
• Sees AI as a force multiplier and actively looks for ways to enhance team performance through innovation & curiosity.

Personal Characteristics

• Strong coding skills in TypeScript, NodeJS/React and/or Python.
• Experience with a variety of cloud storage solutions (SQL, Blob, Document, Search).
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, DataDog, and GitHub CI/CD.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $170,000. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. Actual compensation will vary depending on various job‑related factors, including, but not limited to location, experience, level, and job qualifications.
