Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a skilled front-end engineer in the San Jose area to design and implement scalable UI components using React.js and TypeScript. You will build real-time chat, messaging, and streaming interfaces and ensure they are usable, accessible, and performant.

You will integrate front-end applications with REST APIs and real-time services, handle authentication flows with OAuth2 and SAML, and collaborate with design and back-end teams to ship robust web applications.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript/ECMAScript standards.
• Solid experience with TypeScript for scalable web applications.
• Hands-on experience developing chat, messaging, and streaming UI patterns.
• Experience integrating OAuth2 and SAML-based authentication solutions.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and browser compatibility.
• Experience with state management solutions such as Redux, Context API, or similar.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and WebSocket-based communication.
• Experience with Git and modern development workflows.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Design and develop scalable, responsive, and reusable UI components using React.js and TypeScript.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 a year
