Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies, LLC seeks a seasoned Front-End Tech Lead to drive Angular-based UI development in a government/public-sector context. You will shape architecture, enforce accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA, Section 508) and implement USWDS/state design systems while collaborating with Java backend teams.

You will mentor engineers, lead code reviews, and strengthen CI/CD pipelines, delivering robust, accessible, and maintainable front-end solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Angular, SASS, HTML, and CSS.
• Proven experience as a Front-End Tech Lead / Senior UI Developer.
• Accessibility Certification – CPACC, WAS, or Equivalent (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA and Section 508.
• Hands-on accessibility testing experience with JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, front-end architecture, and code reviews.
• Strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
