Job summary

Longbridge Group is seeking a Senior Manager to lead product design initiatives and drive growth through strategic design decisions. You will mentor teams, oversee UX outputs, and collaborate with executives to shape product strategy.

The role requires hands-on design expertise, experience with Sketch and modern prototyping tools, and comfort operating in an agile environment. Competitive compensation and equity are offered, including healthcare reimbursement for international employees.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience as a Product Designer.
• Experience using Sketch and InVision or Framer X.

Responsibilities

• Support Growth team in expanding customer base within the legal industry and new markets.
• Find prospective customer leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry directories, personal network and other sources.
• Qualify prospective customer leads via email, phone, and LinkedIn messaging.
• Track and analyze prospective customer pipeline, presenting stats and progress to Growth team.
• Identify trends in prospective customer engagement with outreach campaigns.
• Be involved in every step of the product design cycle from discovery to developer handoff.
• Lead Product Design with BAs, product managers and tech teams.
• Ensure design choices are data-led by identifying assumptions to test each sprint; plan moderated usability tests.
• Design pixel-perfect responsive UIs and adopt common interface patterns for UX.

• Find prospective customer leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry directories, personal network and other sources
• Qualify prospective customer leads via email, phone, and Linkedin messaging
• Track and analyze prospective customer pipeline, presenting stats and progress to Growth team
• Identify trends in prospective customer engagement with various outreach campaigns

Key Responsibilities

• Be involved in every step of the product design cycle from discovery to developer handoff
• Work with BAs, product managers and tech teams to lead the Product Design
• Ensure design choices are data led by identifying assumptions to test each sprint, and work with the analysts in your team to plan moderated usability test sessions.
• Design pixel perfect responsive UI’s and understand that adopting common interface patterns is better for UX than reinventing the wheel

Skill & Experience

• You have at least 3 years’ experience working as a Product Designer.
• You have experience using Sketch and InVision or Framer X
• Support Growth team in expanding customer base within legal industry as well as new markets
• You have some previous experience working in an agile environment – Think two-week sprints.
• You are familiar using Jira and Confluence in your workflow
