Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in financial, estate, or wealth planning within a professional services or wealth management environment.
• Wealth Strategy Expertise across cash flow, income tax, gift and estate tax, investment, insurance, retirement, estate and charitable planning.
• Strong consultative client advisory skills with excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate, influence, and build relationships in a team-based environment.
• Credentials such as JD, CPA, CFP® preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients and prospects, delivering comprehensive wealth strategies.
• Analyze client profiles including net worth, cash flow, ownership structures, and estate plans.
• Lead development of strategies across estate, income tax, gift and estate tax, investment, risk, insurance, and cash flow planning.
• Review financial modeling and assess outcomes prepared by analysts.
• Coordinate client deliverables and provide oversight to analysts and junior strategists.
• Present recommendations and support execution of strategies in partnership with the team.
• Coach and mentor Wealth Strategy Analysts and Wealth Strategists.
• Develop referral partnerships with internal partners and external professionals.
• Stay informed on legislative, regulatory, and market developments.
• Operate within the bank’s risk framework and adhere to policies.
