Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Texas and eligible to practice in-house.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience representing clients on sophisticated estate planning, trust administration, and private wealth matters.
Responsibilities
- Advise UHNW clients on estate planning, trust administration, business succession, and philanthropic strategies.
- Collaborate with internal legal, tax, and advisory teams to deliver integrated wealth planning solutions.
- Guide client engagements from initial contact through proposal development, implementation and ongoing support.
- Interact and influence at senior organizational levels and with high-profile UHNW families and Family Offices.
