Job summary

JPMorganChase in Atlanta is seeking a Client Associate to support Financial Advisors and clients in delivering personalized wealth management experiences. You will onboard new clients, maintain accounts, prepare investment quotes, and help execute trades while adhering to regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with a team, gain exposure to a wide range of financial products, and help deliver excellent client service across a fast-paced wealth management environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Series 7 & 66 licenses upon hire or must achieve within 180 days from start date.
• Proven self-starter who can own tasks end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactively identify and deliver solutions addressing client needs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members while staying professional.

Responsibilities

• Own client onboarding and account maintenance, collecting information and documents while providing investment quotes.
• Interface with clients and Financial Advisors to make investment recommendations and execute trades.
• Support across products including Advisor Services, Wealth Planning, and JP Morgan Online solutions.
• Perform daily admin tasks and client communications, including money transfers and portfolio reviews.
• Serve as liaison between Financial Advisor team, branch management, compliance, and other units.
• Participate in local, national and tech team meetings and initiatives.
