Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a Trust Administrator to provide high-quality fiduciary services to UHNW/HNW clients. The role supports servicing and maintenance of trust and estate relationships and guides Trust Relationship Managers to ensure administration in line with governing documents and applicable laws.

Hybrid work arrangement with three in-office days. Responsibilities include client relationship support, reporting, due diligence, risk management, and pricing support for trust cases.

Qualifications

• Experience in trust/fiduciary administration and client servicing within a regulated financial services environment.
• Strong knowledge of governing documents and applicable laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service to UHNW/HNW trust and estate relationships, coordinating with internal/external stakeholders as needed.
• Support the servicing of more complex trust and estate portfolios under Trust Relationship Managers.
• Oversee trust and company administration and ensure accurate execution of activities.
• Guide and support Trust Relationship Managers to ensure compliance with governing instruments and jurisdictional requirements.
• Maintain strong file hygiene and documentation standards across client structures.
• Monitor timely completion of client reporting and ensure internal/group reporting is accurate.
• Support due diligence, KYC/AML and ongoing monitoring obligations; escalate issues when needed.
• Provide management with reporting on technical and operational issues and participate in process improvements.
• Identify potential new business opportunities and assist with pricing for trust cases.
