Responsibilities

• Lead and manage UHNW individual and family office engagements, including multi-entity structures and advanced tax strategies.
• Mentor and develop a small, high-performing team, elevating technical and client-service capabilities.
• Partner directly with clients on tax planning, wealth strategies, and financial advisory opportunities beyond compliance.
• Review and oversee sophisticated tax filings, delivering accuracy, insight, and proactive recommendations.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on process improvements, technology adoption, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Engage in advisory work spanning tax, financial planning, and long-term wealth strategy.
