Job summary

You will collaborate with product teams, manage expectations, and grow client wealth while maintaining strict regulatory standards. A Bachelor’s or higher degree is preferred, with 10+ years in private banking and fluent language skills where required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in private banking or related field.
• Extensive and proven experience in Private Banking with UHNW clients.
• Experience leading client teams and transactions.
• Demonstrated track record in relationship selling.
• Fluency in a foreign language if required.
• Extensive knowledge of Citi Private Bank systems, platforms and tools.
• Regulated role with applicable qualifications and/or licenses.

Responsibilities

• Actively identify prospects and convert them into clients.
• Build relationships with client families to establish long-term connections.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on strategic financial matters.
• Manage client expectations and ensure appropriate financial strategies.
• Develop tailored solutions addressing client investment and financing needs.
• Coordinate with product experts to develop long-term solutions.
• Establish referral networks and generate new sales.
• Close deals with appropriate concessions aligned with Citi Private Bank goals.
• Guide team members to build credibility with clients and intermediaries.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and strong controls.
