Job summary

SNFout in Houston seeks a Senior Relationship Manager to lead a portfolio of ultra‑high‑net‑worth families, coordinating investments, estate and tax planning, and fiduciary administration. This is a fully in‑office role in Houston with relocation considered.

The ideal candidate has a JD or CPA and 10+ years in client‑facing fiduciary, estate and wealth planning matters; boutique firm experience is preferred; strong Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat skills are required.

Qualifications

• Senior Relationship Manager role requiring JD or CPA and 10+ years in client-facing fiduciary, estate, tax and wealth planning.
• Boutique firm experience preferred; leadership backgrounds (Manager/Director/Partner/Of Counsel) welcomed.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead advisor to UHNW families and coordinate investments, estate and tax planning.
• Oversee fiduciary administration and first-level review of discretionary distributions; lead estate administrations.
• Manage reporting, cash flow, liquidity, budgets and tax-compliance coordination; mitigate risks.
• Support client retention, new relationships and internal committees.
