SNFout is seeking a Partner-level Estate Planning Attorney in Chicago to advise, educate and close with UHNW families, offering equity and a strong path to growth. The role is in-office four days a week, with top-tier compensation and relocation support.

The ideal candidate has a JD and/or LLM, 10+ years of UHNW estate planning with hands-on drafting, and the ability to explain complex structures clearly. Expected base plus bonus and equity.

Formación

• JD required; LLM a plus.
• 10+ years UHNW estate planning with hands-on drafting experience.
• Ability to explain complex structures in plain English; partner-level or senior wealth planning experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead custom estate planning conversations for UHNW clients.
• Review documents and structures (IDGTs, BDITs, SLATs, trusts).
• Coach internal advisors on estate concepts and best practices; present trainings.
• Help close new relationships and partner with senior team.
