Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced executive to lead the Ultra High Net Worth banking team, delivering credit, deposit and balance sheet management across client relationships in the market. You will set strategic direction, drive profitability, and oversee cost-effective programs, reporting to the Regional Managing Director.

The role requires NMLS registration under SAFE Act, with background and credit checks. Strong leadership, analytics and communication skills are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or other related field.
• Eight or more years of banking experience.
• Three or more years of managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead credit management, deposit management, foreign exchange and balance sheet management for UHNW client relationships.
• Provide strategic direction to pursue objectives, sustain profitability and growth.
• Report directly to the Regional Managing Director and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
