Job summary

UFC GYM is seeking a high-energy Cycle Instructor to lead results-driven, heart-pumping sessions for members of all fitness levels. You will plan and deliver structured group classes with an emphasis on proper bike setup, form, and safe modifications, while fostering a welcoming community.

The ideal candidate has experience in group fitness instruction (cycle preferred) and holds current fitness certifications, CPR/AED. Compensation ranges per hour with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and rhythmic cueing.
• High physical stamina and confident stage presence.
• Clear cueing and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience teaching group fitness, Cycle in particular preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy, safe, and well-paced cycle choreography with engaging music.
• Educate participants on bike setup, riding form, and safe modifications.
• Welcome new participants, build rapport with members, foster an inclusive environment.
• Arrive early for setup, start/end on time, maintain and store equipment properly.
• Promote gym programs, events, and membership perks.

We are looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and high-octane Cycle Instructor to lead our members through results-driven, heart-pumping sessions.

The Mission

As a Cycle Instructor, you aren't just teaching a class; you're leading an experience. You will plan and deliver structured, effective group fitness classes that motivate participants of all fitness levels. Whether they are new to the saddle or seasoned riders, you'll help them reach their peak performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Class Excellence: Deliver high-energy, safe, and well-paced cycle choreography paired with engaging music.
• Education & Form: Educate participants on proper bike setup, riding form, and modifications to ensure a safe workout.
• Community Connection: Welcome new participants, build rapport with members, and foster a positive, inclusive environment.
• Operational Standards: Arrive early for setup, start/end on time, and ensure all studio equipment is maintained and stored correctly.
• Promotion: Act as a brand ambassador by promoting gym programs, special events, and membership perks.

What You Bring

• Expertise: Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and rhythmic cueing.
• Energy: High physical stamina and a personality that can command a room.
• Communication: Clear, effective cueing and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience: Previous group fitness instruction (specifically Cycle) is highly preferred.

Certifications

• Current Group Fitness certification (NASM, ACE, or ISSA preferred).
• Specialty Cycle format certification.
• CPR/AED certification.

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
