Job summary

Zone 5 Technologies is seeking a UAV Aircraft Assembler II to join our production team. You will independently assemble aircraft structures and systems, collaborating with engineers and operations to support multiple programs and value streams.

The role emphasizes drilling, fastening, torque, and sealing tasks, with a focus on quality, traceability, and schedule adherence in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assemble aircraft structures and sub-assemblies per released drawings.
• Perform drilling, reaming, fastening, torquing, and sealing operations.
• Install mechanical and system components per production standards.
• Route and secure tubing, hoses, and cables following defined standards.
• Conduct in-process inspections and identify non-conformances.
• Maintain as-built documentation and part traceability via MES.
• Meet takt time and schedule requirements.
