Job summary

Ask ITC Inc. is seeking an experienced UAT/Project Manager to lead testing strategies and coordinate between QA, development, and business users. You will plan, execute, and track UAT sessions and related deployment testing activities.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of UAT and project management experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of coordinating defects through to resolution. This role requires meticulous scheduling and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of UAT and project management experience.
• Coordinate with QA and development teams on defects and questions.
• Coordinate and/or participate in UAT sessions.
• Defect tracking using tools: TFS, QC, Sharepoint.
• Experience planning UAT sessions with business users and providing Status reports.
• Scheduling and coordinating logistics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead UAT planning and execution with business users.
• Coordinate defect triage with QA and development teams.
• Manage UAT deployment testing activities and status reporting.
• Schedule logistics and ensure smooth UAT sessions.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

MUST HAVE:

• 6+ years' UAT and project management experience
• Coordinating with QA and development teams on defects and questions
• Coordinating and/or participating in UAT sessions
• Defect tracking using the following automated tools:
  • TFS
  • QC
  • Sharepoint
• Experience planning UAT sessions with business users, managing UAT Deployment testing efforts, and providing UAT 'Status' reports
• Scheduling and coordinating logistics
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills in order to facilitate sessions with users
