Job summary

Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold Services) in Mauldin, SC is seeking a UAS Solutions & Integration Specialist who can guide customer projects from initial needs assessment through deployment and handoff. This role blends technical consulting, project coordination, and hands-on UAS implementation.

You will assess requirements, specify technologies, coordinate dock deployments, software integration, and help clients implement reliable operating processes.

Qualifications

• FAA Part 107 certificate with current eligibility for commercial UAS operations.
• Hands-on experience operating UAS and knowledge of aircraft, payloads, software, and commercial applications.
• Experience helping establish or expand UAS infrastructure or operational capabilities.
• Experience implementing UAS or related connected technology systems with clear delivery ownership.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical recommendations.
• Familiarity with networking, data workflows, and systems integration for collaboration with technical specialists.
• Ability to develop project scopes, cost estimates, implementation docs, and training materials.
• Strong client communication, organization, troubleshooting, and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer requirements and design practical drone-based solutions.
• Coordinate equipment selection, procurement, configuration, and testing.
• Oversee dock installations and supporting infrastructure with contractors and facilities teams.
• Integrate UAS data and platforms with existing business systems and workflows.
• Develop operating procedures, training materials, and handoff documentation.
• Manage project scope, progress, and changes affecting cost or delivery.
• Travel to customer sites for fieldwork as projects require.
