Job summary

Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC is seeking a Seasonal U12 Head Coach (Ski) to oversee a specific age/segment within Team Palisades Tahoe. You will work with a Program Manager and Senior Manager to drive athlete development and parent satisfaction, while aligning with our mission and values.

The role requires 18+ years old with coaching experience and ongoing professional development. The position offers competitive hourly pay and standard benefits for seasonal staff.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Fluent in reading, writing and communicating in English.
USSA Level 100, PSIA/AASI Level 1, IFSA or equivalent certifications.

Responsibilities

Oversee and implement a specific segment or sub-segment of a department discipline and/or age class.
Develop annual training plans with the Program Manager and other Head Coaches.
Pursue coaching certifications and engage in ongoing professional development.
Ensure athlete management programs are in place and supervised.
